Aloha for All is a nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Hawaii.
The corporation has applied to the IRS for a federal tax exemption as a 501 (c) (4) social welfare organization engaged in educational and political activities.
Donations to 501(c) (4) organizations are not deductible on the donor’s tax return, but Aloha for All is exempt from income taxes on donations received.
Aloha for All is an entirely volunteer organization. It has no paid employees. Donations will be used only for out-of-pocket expenses such as postage, printing, website maintenance, etc.
